Business Development Representative

Elite Document Solutions is seeking motivated, professional, and relationship-driven Business Development Representatives to help introduce our Employee Legal Support Membership Program to employers throughout Southern California.
This role focuses on networking, business development, employer outreach, relationship-building, and appointment setting. Representatives will identify prospective employer partners, establish professional relationships with decision-makers, and coordinate presentations that introduce valuable legal support resources to employees and their families.

Service Areas: Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, and surrounding communities

Responsibilities

Develop professional relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers

Conduct employer outreach and networking activities

Attend business expos, community events, and networking functions

Identify and qualify employer partnership opportunities

Schedule employer presentations and informational meetings

Submit and track leads through company systems

Follow up with prospective employer partners

Maintain professional communication and representation of Elite Document Solutions

Assist in expanding awareness of the Employee Legal Support Membership Program
Minimum Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas
Qualifications

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship-based customer service

Compensation
This is an independent contractor (1099) position with performance-based compensation.
