However, as a solo business owner with a unique set of personal circumstances, including medical challenges, there may be rare occasions where unexpected delays occur. In such cases, I communicate with clients promptly to adjust timelines as needed Our standard turnaround times are as follows: Standard Processing Times: General Documents (Contracts, Proposals, Business Plans, Promissory Notes) – Up to 7 business days Estate Planning (Wills, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Directives) – Up to 7 business days Family Law (Divorce, Legal Separation, Custody Agreements, Restraining Orders) – Up to 7 business days Business Formation (LLC Formation, Operating Agreements) – Up to 7 business days Real Estate & Probate (Deeds, Heggstad Petitions, Conservatorships, Guardianships) – 10-14 business days Complex Cases (Living Trusts, Multi-Document Packages, Extensive Legal Research Required) – 10-21 business days Rush Service (Expedited Processing) For urgent matters, we offer expedited document preparation for an additional fee. Rush processing is subject to availability and must be requested at the time of service. Priority Processing (3-5 Business Days) – Additional $75 Expedited Processing (24-48 Hours) – Additional $150 Same-Day Processing (Subject to Availability) – Additional $250 Rush service availability may vary based on workload, document complexity, and client responsiveness. Factors Affecting Turnaround Time: Client Responsiveness: Delays in providing required information, approvals, or signatures will extend the completion time. Volume & Complexity: More complex cases or high-demand periods may require additional processing time. Court Processing: If filing is required, court processing times are separate and may impact overall completion. Third-Party Delays: If other entities (banks, title companies, government agencies) are involved, processing times may vary. What is your policy on edits and changes?We understand that minor adjustments may be necessary, and we’re happy to make one round of edits at no additional charge. However, additional revisions or extensive changes beyond the initial request may incur an extra fee. To ensure a smooth process, we encourage clients to provide accurate and complete information at the start and carefully review their documents for any needed changes. This helps us serve you more efficiently and avoid unnecessary delays or costs.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept payments via credit or debit cards and other secure methods approved at the time of booking. Full payment is required upfront to begin work, and all payments are final.

What is your refund policy?As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes prepaid appointments, no-shows, or appointments not rescheduled in a timely manner. Late Cancellations: Cancellations must be made via email to info@elitedocumentsolns.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a non-refundable fee. However, if you believe there is an error in the work directly caused by us, we will review and make necessary corrections at no additional charge. This applies only to errors that fall within the scope of the original request and does not include changes, additional requests, or modifications beyond the agreed-upon service. We value your time and ours, and we ask that clients carefully review their commitments and provide advance notice if rescheduling is necessary. Please ensure you are prepared to proceed before booking your appointment.

If your documents require changes due to an error made on our part, we will promptly correct them at no additional cost. However, if changes are needed due to third-party actions, additional charges may apply. We encourage clients to verify specific requirements with the relevant entity before submission.
