Can I pause or defer my case once I’ve paid for services?

Yes, you may request to pause or defer services, but the following terms apply:

Work Pause Window: Services can be paused for up to 60 days from the date of your written request or your last communication.
Reactivation: If you choose to resume within the 60-day window, Elite Document Solutions will continue services under the original scope. A new estimated completion timeframe will be provided at the time of reactivation, subject to staff availability and workload.
Payment Obligation During Pauses: Payment plans will continue as scheduled during any service pause or deferral. If a client wishes to stop payments, services will be considered canceled, and any fees paid will be forfeited.
Expiration of Services: If no communication or request to resume is made within the 60-day window, services will be considered abandoned, and any fees paid will be forfeited. A new agreement and payment will be required to restart.
No Extensions: The 60-day window is firm. It is your responsibility to notify us and resume services within this timeframe.

Can I cancel my services after I’ve paid?

All service fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, as stated in your Service Agreement. If you no longer wish to move forward after payment, you may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued. In some cases, you may be eligible to pause or defer services for up to 60 days under our Paused or Deferred Work Policy. After that period, services are considered abandoned and a new agreement and payment would be required to restart.

As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes prepaid appointments, no-shows, or appointments not rescheduled in a timely manner.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations must be made via email to info@elitedocumentsolns.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a non-refundable fee.

However, if you believe there is an error in the work directly caused by us, we will review and make necessary corrections at no additional charge. This applies only to errors that fall within the scope of the original request and does not include changes, additional requests, or modifications beyond the agreed-upon service.

We value your time and ours, and we ask that clients carefully review their commitments and provide advance notice if rescheduling is necessary. Please ensure you are prepared to proceed before booking your appointment.
